1, profile selection, duralumin bar

Before processing the aluminum alloy profile, the raw material should be duralumin profile aluminum rod, and the mounting fixture used in the production process should be kept conductive and unobstructed.

2. Before oxidation, clean the fixture

Before anodizing the aluminum profile, clean the previously used fixture. Remove the residual oxide film on the fixture surface to ensure good contact performance with aluminum rod in use.

3. Conductive area in the production process

In the process of producing anodized aluminum alloy profiles, the conductive contact area of the fixture should be ensured and the imprint of the fixture should be as little as possible.

4. Oxidation solution, temperature range

The temperature range of sulfuric acid anodizing solution used for anodized alumina is 15~25℃.

5, refrigeration device, compressed air mixing

The production and processing process of anodized alumina should be equipped with refrigeration device, the treatment method of compressed air mixing,

6, different sizes, separate processing

For different materials of aluminum alloy profiles, pure aluminum, aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles of different sizes, should be treated separately, can not be placed in the same oxidation tank processing.

7, small size, special treatment

Sulfuric acid anodizing is generally not used for small size lap riveted aluminum alloy components.
